Citorio is a fortune program for Windows and for DOS. In Windows, it
periodically shows a window containing a quote or joke.

The good news is that it is FREEWARE.
The bad news for you is that most of the quotes are in Spanish. So if you
can't read Spanish, I'm afraid Citorio will not be of very much use for you.
